Welcome to SwadPOS. By accessing or using our restaurant management suite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This software is provided and maintained by Boostify Corp.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for a SwadPOS account or by using any of our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service by posting updates to our website.

2. Description of Service

SwadPOS provides a high-performance, cloud-based restaurant suite including but NOT limited to:

• Point of Sale (POS) terminals and billing software.
• Cloud synchronization of KOTs and inventory data.
• AI-driven analytics and menu optimization tools.
• Lead capture and automated notification services.

3. User Responsibilities

As a restaurant partner, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials and POS terminals.
• Ensuring stable internet connectivity for cloud-sync features.
• The accuracy of all menu, pricing, and tax data entered into the system.
• Ensuring your use of the software complies with local food and hospitality regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

The SwadPOS platform, including all associated software, branding, UI/UX designs, and proprietary algorithms, is the exclusive property of Boostify Corp. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for your restaurant operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

SwadPOS and Boostify Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Technical downtime or network latency affecting restaurant operations.
• Incorrect billing or tax calculations resulting from user-entered data.
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated reports or menu suggestions (AI Hallucinations).

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated, or if the user fails to fulfill payment obligations for their selected plan.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
